Step-by-Step for Broccoli

Prepare & Sow

No pre-soaking needed. Fill tray with moistened coco-coir. Spread 1 oz (28g) per 10x20 tray evenly across the surface. Press gently and mist thoroughly.

Blackout Period

Cover with inverted tray and add 5-15 lbs of weight. Keep covered for 3 days. Check daily and mist if dry. Maintain 65-75°F (18-24°C).

Light Period

Remove cover and move to grow lights. Provide 12 hours of light daily.Bottom watering preferred. Water 1-2 times daily. Maintain 40-60% humidity with good airflow.

Harvest

Harvest in 8-12 days when 2-3 inches tall. Cut just above the soil line with sharp, clean scissors. Store in Store unwashed in breathable container at 38-40°F for up to 10-14 days refrigerated.
