Harvest Tips

Prepare & Sow
Soak seeds for 12-24 hours, then drain well. Fill tray with moistened soil. Spread 12 oz (340g) per 10x20 tray evenly across the surface. Press gently and mist thoroughly.
Blackout Period
Cover with inverted tray and add 5-15 lbs of weight. Keep covered for 4 days. Check daily and mist if dry. Maintain 60-70°F (15-21°C).
Light Period
Remove cover and move to grow lights. Provide 12 hours of light daily.Bottom watering. Water 2 times daily. Maintain 50-70% humidity with good airflow.
Harvest
Harvest in 12-16 days when 4-6 inches tall. Cut just above the soil line with sharp, clean scissors. Store in Store in produce bag, use quickly for up to 5-7 days refrigerated.
